Our good friends the Meyers ( Tim, Beth and Thomas) came to visit us in Albany. We are so blessed to have them in our lives. The boys are the same age and grew up together in Mason city. It was fun to see how both boys have changed in the last year since we have seen eachother.
Deon and Arthur went dog sledding in Lake Placid. We chose the right weekend for a winter weekend in Lake Placid.
They were covered in a nice blanket and rode the sled on the frozen lake.
Isabella started using her bumbo seat this month and likes to sit upright and get a good look at the world.

This is the boys after a long fun day in the snow. They went up on the ski lift to go look at the ski jumps and also did some tubing and played in the snow
On the podium that was used for the winter olympic ski jumps.
Loved swimming in the pool at the hotel.
We went bowling in Delmar. a very fun thing for our family since it was the first time for me and Arthur bowling. He still wants to go every night to go real bowling ( He has been playing wii bowling before) He had to make a few tries to throw the ball. Quite a big ball for such a small guy. By the end of the night he threw it with his fingers in the hole. Now all we have to work on is speed. It took a very long time for the ball to reach the pins :)

We had some cupcakes to celebrate Beth's birthday the day before. The boys got to blow out the candles.
